First trip to China with Family 2026

Excellent Hotel for Families. Staff were amazing from Check-in desk (Vicki) to Concierge staff (Mr. Chen) very polite and always smiling. Room were generously big and clean, daily cleaning and made sure we had new towels each day and a clean room. It made our stay enjoyable.

Hotel is close to all amenities, Shipaiqao Metro Station, Taikoo Hui Mall for shopping, Onelink Mall for Restaurants etc.
The hotel is very welcoming, the rooms are very good and clean. Excellent variety for breakfast, Western and Chinese.
This was my second time at staying here, I shall stay here again when I next return to Guangzhou.
There’s only one little gripe and that is if there could be more English speaking programs or free movies on tv, but other than that it’s an Excellent hotel. 👍👍👍👍

We enjoyed our 4 nights stays. Room clean and spacious. Staffs friendly, helpful and attentive. Hotel provided free laundry. Breakfast so so.

Excellent location and service

The service, cleanliness, quality, service and location are perfect. The hotel is directly opposite a luxury shopping mall, full of shops , restaurants and metro station.
The sector is very nice to go for a walk and get to know the city.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is very varied. The hotel manager is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I recommend the hotel with my eyes closed.
