This hotel is a traveler's dream—perfectly located just steps from Elephant Trunk Hill, making it effortless to explore Guilin's iconic sights! The staff went above and beyond, arranging the package delivery too. Our room was spotless and surprisingly spacious, featuring modern comforts like a super-efficient aircon and ultra-fast WiFi. Really great place to stay in Guilin City. The location is very convenient. The entrance to Elephant Hill is right around the corner. It is also close to a lot of restaurants and shops. 8 minutes walk to the twin pavilion too. The hotel didn't have an elevator but the security helped us with our luggage. Staff numbers 5 and 6 were very welcoming. The hotel has many amenities and facilities like a tea room, library, playground, bar, etc. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet also had a lot of variety.

We stayed here for 3 nights, from 27-30 Nov, our longest for the 15 days Guangxi trip. We booked here cos it is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. There is more effort to maintain the non-smoking rule but there still lapses. Some staff are understanding and make and effort while others are pretty nonchalant, with one trying to argue with my wife that the guests can smoke in the lobby. The room is fine and there is free afternoon snacks in a nice lounge. Location is quite centralised with some eateries nearby. Breakfast prob 2nd best for this trip with coffee available. There is no lift so a llttle bit of stairs climbing to reach the reception and rooms.

In order to provide a better accommodation experience for our guests, we have made a lot of efforts, including the no-smoking policy. Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel, but there are specially designed open smoking areas on the second and third floors. When we encounter guests who need this, we will politely inform them. I think there must have been some misunderstanding in language expression on that day, which gave you a bad feeling. We are very sorry about this, and we will strengthen our training in this area to ensure that such situations will not happen again. We also invite you to stay with us again, and we believe you will have a better experience~

Excellent location, just next to the Exit 1 of Elephant Hill Garden. The frontdesk services (staff no 1,2, 1nd 16) are very good in responding to the customers' requirements. Only a small problem that the electricity supply had stopped for several hours.

【酒店客人专属通道直达象鼻山景区无需预约排队等待】【特色民族服饰免费体验】很抱歉没能让您拥有完美的住宿体验，当天刚巧遇到象山区电力抢修，整个片区停电5小时，酒店自主发电保证住客的用电需求，尽量将停电带来的不良感受降到最低，可惜还是有所不足……水月逸象山院子酒店位于【5A景区象鼻山景区】旁，交通十分便利，动车站不过【10分钟】车程，亦可步行至【两江四湖码头，日月双塔，东西巷，逍遥楼，靖江王府】等景区，周边美食也多不胜数。酒店内员工都经过专业的培训，将每一位客人的感受放在第一位置。三楼的露台花园清风拂竹，花前月下，拍照果然相当出片呢，感谢您分享您的美美照~期待您下次到桂林还能来看看小逸哟~
