Amazing service, gifts, fancy facilities and the staff person even came and rescued us when we got lost and needed help finding our way back from a sightseeing walk.

The new hotel is very comfortable with big and clean room. All staff are super helpful and nice. The breakfast, free dessert are very good and free snacks and drinks are bonus. Location is perfect. The staff will communicate using Wechat which is very convenient. Will sure recommend it.

Great location for exploring the parks and water features of Guilin. The service was warm and welcoming. The decor of the hotel is very tasteful and creative and the room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. We loved this hotel and wish we had one more night there. At the price point we were able to secure, we would surely book again if we returned to Guilin. They recommended a local but nice restaurant that was about a 10 min walk away and it was delicious. Very reasonable as well.
