My entire family had a fantastic stay at our 2 bedroom suite. It comes with a large living room and CEO study room, way beyond our expectation. So comfy that we almost didn’t want to go out! Housekeeping was done promptly and professionally, it felt so good to return to a sparkling clean home after a hot day in the sun.

Staff in the hotel is friendly and so helpful!
But the executive lounge is terrible, not many snacks or drinks. No staff in it for any service, only one check your room number in the entry.

Location:Extremely convenient with breathtaking views.
Room: Upgraded to a seaview apartment suite. The shower drain in my previous room had a minor issue. Manager Grace Wang from the Front Office patiently and meticulously resolved it. She even added me on WeChat to follow up—truly professional. Thank you!
Breakfast: On 33/F. Stunning view. Decent overall. Highly recommend the noodle station and waffles.
Service: Far better than the unsmiling Sofitel next door. Staff were courteous, kind, and tactful across all departments, including the Chinese restaurant staff on 4/F.
True Hospitality:
- Grace sent a beautiful birthday fruit platter for my family member’s celebration.
- Proactively followed up during our stay to ensure a flawless, pleasant experience.
I stayed another three days after returning from Xinglong. Felt homey and cozy throughout.
Overall, exceptional value, highly professional service.
Absolutely worth returning.

Room had a slight smoke smell when we first checked in but otherwise very clean.
Breakfast had wide variety
Swimming pool permit only those with swim cap to use. Jacuzzi looked suspiciously filled with stale slightly off Color water. Not worth the price paid.
Location of hotel in the city is ok.
