Each room has a bathtub. There is a literal hot springs under the building and you can have your own private spa in the room. they supply bubble bath, disposable undies if you want to use it, shower cap, and a plastic cover for the bath if you want to use it too.
The shower space is small to accommodate the bath in the area.

Smart voice suite room jacuzzi bath not working. Ask for change room and was informed same with another suite. Went to the duty free was told only mainland tourists can purchase. Went to the hotel restaurants was told not much dim sum available in the morning 9 am. No fridge in the room fruit brought were spoiled. No worth to stay at all. Wost hotel i had stay in Haikou

Front desk service is good, but housekeeping was not v helpful when we informed them that the hairdryer is not working.
