I have stayed at this hotel many times. I enjoy the large soaking tub. The staff is always very helpful. The breakfast buffet has a large variety food to choose from and the evening seafood buffet is also quite good.

Good equipment and bad stuff

the front desk and GR manager not professional. Complaint has no effect. They do not care about membership. The hotel is new and good. what a pity.前台和经理令人失望，酒店面对价格问题可以有更好的处理方式，但是他们的做法让客人很不舒适，不是一家五星酒店该有的水平。酒店设施和装修很不错，但是区别对待令人很遗憾

The hotel is ideally located to watch the Cirque du Soleil X Show. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a complimentary Chinese tea. There was a problem with the heating system in our room and they immediately gave us another room.

The room is very hot with the air condition the lower set is 28 degree and outside temperature is 16 degree. We complain to reception and they just put a fan in our room. If need to using fan in room why we choose for 5 star hotel with expensive price, better stay at 3 star hotel.
