没有热水，没有一次性拖鞋，化妆镜也不工作，酒店在一栋很老的商业楼里。电脑设备还可以，如果接受没有热水的话可以选择这家酒店，携程客服补偿了60。

酒店装修的很炫，前台服务态度好，保洁阿姨打扫很干净，价格也实惠，走到地铁站和西湖边都很近，差不多10分钟就走到了。
