Room is clean but smells of cigarettes and it doesn't go away. Lighting in the toilet can be improved. Location is very good though and staff are polite and even gave us masks cos it was very windy outside.

非常适合一家三口住的房型，离哈西站步行五分钟吧，出行方便，酒店环境不错，房间干净，楼下有超市，离西城红场，万达都非常近

前台服務很好，打理房間的也有禮貌，早餐豐富，房間清潔寧靜，地鐵哈尔滨西站近在只尺，5分钟路程而已。
我意外失去電話，前台到餐廳的工作人員都代我找尋二次，不獲，後來在火車上在行李包找回，多謝各員工的幫助與担憂。

带孩子来玩，想着到达和出发都能很方便，就选了这家全季。出站走路6分钟。挺好，推荐！
保持全季品质，干净卫生，设施完备。服务也很好，前台和卫生阿姨都挺好。图片是入住后第二天回来房间状态，阿姨收拾的很好！
对于和很多酒店共用一栋楼，这是事实。但我们没有碰到很久等不到电梯的问题，算正常吧。
虽然挨着车站，但我们都睡得挺好，没有感觉吵。

离哈西步行六七分钟房间很大，对于刚从日本回来的我们来说简直开心至极，感觉住到了三千块的房间哈哈。本来担心高层有很多酒店水压不好，结果好的离谱。又担心高层外卖不方便，结果能送到门口。
另外跟爸妈一起我们定了两个大床，前台非常好还给他们升级了家庭房，非常感谢了。最后退房的时候赶车着急，还麻烦前台帮我把行李拿下来，再次感谢，全程好评！只可惜没拍照片，下次还选择这里。
