The room booked on Ctrip comes with double breakfast. When I checked in, I arranged a room without sunlight and could not breathe. Wonderful hotel! The guest staying next door is already a habitual offender. Every time he comes to the hotel, he will open a room to quarrel. This is what the front desk staff said later. I came to check-in that afternoon, knowing that such a situation would happen, they would arrange me next to them. It was noisy from the afternoon until the early morning. In the afternoon, I called the hotel front desk to explain the situation. In desperation, I had to call the front desk to continue to report the situation. Then the phone next door rang immediately, seamlessly connecting and calling me back. At midnight, the ringing of the phone was very harsh. If the guest next door had any drastic behavior, I would go out alone, and I would be afraid to think about it. The next door didn't stop until one or two o'clock, and I didn't sleep all night. Check out at 6 o'clock the next day, the front desk asked me to give me another chance, considering that it is closer to the place where I am doing business, after 10 o'clock, I continued my stay and changed a room. I declined the breakfast coupon and the fruit plate. Every guest who stayed in the hotel hopes to enjoy a good stay experience in a quiet environment. In the evening, the person in charge of the hotel came over to explain what was wrong, and repeatedly shied the responsibility. Don't know, don't understand, don't act! ! ! For such a work attitude, I can only deeply regret, and will not patronize in the future. This hotel is also the designated hotel for family and friends to hold family banquets. I didn't expect the accommodation environment to be so bad and the sound insulation effect is not good. If there is a problem, I will just pretend to be deaf and dumb. I spent so much time writing so that everyone can understand the real situation. I will take the relevant responsibility for my words and deeds. I also support the hotel to call for monitoring, just to prove that what I said is true. , but the key is that the person in charge of the hotel did not pay enough attention to this kind of phenomenon. The front desk of the hotel did not handle the emergency situation properly, but the attitude was very sincere.

Feeling quite old, the hotel's air conditioning settings are not very good, the sound is very noisy. However, the service staff are still very friendly. The hotel is very close to the school, only a few minutes' walk away, but the equipment is too long!
