I stayed there with my friends for two hours and had to pay a deposit of 500 HKD, which is double the amount I paid for just a few hours. To this day, my deposit has not been returned. The service is extremely rude and shows no care for customers, only focused on money. I urge everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs; it’s not worth your peace of mind...

We are deeply sorry for your feelings, but regarding the deposit issue, if you pay in cash, we will definitely return it directly when you check out. If you use a credit card, this is just an authorization, and our company does not charge any fees. This is about the bank's credit limit refund issue.

Paid 200+ for 2 hours, yet an addition of 500 shall serve as deposit, it's evident, they don't care about customer's well-being. Please avoid this hotel at all cost and peace of mind.

First time to stay at the hotel, not cheap but also not expensive. It’s affordable but don’t expect any more extra items from it.
