Excellent

As mentioned, excellent hotel; returned after 18 years to Hong Kong and I must say it has changed a lot. Same hotel, renovated with a piano bar, breakfast no longer on the 28th floor but on the 2nd floor.
Clean with good service, rooms not too big but functional, wonderful international breakfast, and the coffee is good for us Italians too. Very kind. I will return.

Management required me to pay for a dirty washcloth which was only used regularly. They started with pics of used towels & bedsheets, wanted 200 Hong Kong dollars, but rescinded when I asked to see them & told them they will have to give them to me since I was buying them.
I have traveled all over the world for over 50 years & have never had a hotel want payment for using the linen. They also charged my friend 50 for a different room.
We are African American, it may have something to do with it.

Some of the hotel rooms have been recently renovated, so the overall condition is quite good.

Economy option hotel with a good location , uncomfortable worn room.

Living standard twin, hotel maximum 3*, probably in rooms above the level better, but they were no longer available, booked a week in advance. The room did not like, old, worn, uncomfortable.The beds are low, for the dwarves what, the mattress is hard, feels the cheapest, but the linen is nice, white. There's a small closet for clothes. TV, minibar, safe, kettle. No water, there's a cooler in the hallway. The bathroom is small, the sink is plastic , the toilet with some options, signatures in Chinese, but the basic functions work without these twists. There are toothbrushes, liquid soap, shampoo with a nice smell. Got slippers. Horrible hearing the neighbors use the bathroom/toilet is tin. City view. Tripcom reviews are not up to par, don't be led, it's an old three. It's definitely better to pay extra for a higher level. If the room is not important to you, the location is convenient-metro, large shopping mall-all nearby.
