The location of the hotel is good, close to the ";Tuhe"; expressway. It is convenient to eat and shop downstairs (there is a big supermarket). There is free parking and easy parking. The hotel's hygiene is average, and there are many leftovers on the carpet in the room. Hotel management service is too general. When checking in, the front desk asks for a deposit of 200 yuan. Why? The front desk said there were consumable items in the room. After checking in and entering the room, I found that there were no hand towels, towels or floor towels. Call the front desk, the front desk said to let the waiter come to the room to check. The waiter entered the room and said, ";Because there are not enough hand towels, towels and floor towels, there is no allocation. I asked the waiter: Why do I only see the detailed card with the consumer goods (see the photo), where are the consumer goods? The waiter said that it was long overdue, and the front desk didn't know. There are only detailed cards of consumer goods in the room, no consumer goods, so how can guests explain it clearly? When checking out, the front desk asked the waiter to check the room before letting the guests go. Is the management of the hotel a bit outdated? Now how can there be guests who have to wait for the waiter to check the room before letting them go after checking out? Even inns don't do that.

Room hygiene is a bit bad. There were toothpicks on the floor, and dust on the shredded table. Obviously not cleaned up much. Also there is no kettle in the room. After communicating with the front desk. Changed room, but the room is not complete with toiletries. Only a comb, toothbrush and toothpaste are not equipped. Shampoo and Body Wash is April 2019. Shelf life is 18 months. It's long overdue. Luckily we brought our own toiletries. The cleaning aunt had a bad attitude and said that she wanted to stay in a high-end hotel with more than 200 people. The same is the county seat. I feel different in Yanqi. An unpleasant stay. However, the most gratifying thing is that the front desk service attitude is not bad.
