When booking, I deliberately chose a free parking lot, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there was no parking lot, and I was fined for parking violation. Then the room is very small and it is not soundproof. You can hear every movement clearly. There is no light in the bathroom, and the phone in the room is a decoration. Asking the front desk about everything is like asking three questions, just like she is a foreigner. An extremely bad stay experience.

感谢您的光临，您的建议是我们的动力。我们已经尽力服务好每一位客人，包括卫生、服务，还有房价已经做了最大的让利（因为我们房间没有租金的，是自己的房子，所以尽可能把房价调到最低，才有70多的房间），所有商品都明码标价，各方面都尽量做到细致；当然跟200多的房间及服务比起来会有不足的地方，还请见谅！

热水温度不高，不提供洗漱用品，洗漱用品要单独收费。房间插座安装不合理。
