酒店位置很好，旁边就是成吉思汗广场，楼下就是诺敏塔拉奶茶店，周边很多餐饮店，吃饭很方便，交通便利，推荐！

热水器是电加热，但是没和我们说，我洗澡洗到一半，时间也不久，10来分钟吧，可能都没有，水冰凉，我满头的泡沫，只好烧水壶烧水把头和澡洗了，洗脸池的水也是冷的，直接冻感冒，打电话问前台是不是电加热，说不是，我离开呼伦贝尔后他们老板都没个反馈，我打电话质问，才说是电加热，一点歉意也没有

真别出来丢人了，全是全新60l热水器，只能一个人洗完第二个人稍微等会再洗，打电话跟我们说要退款，原因没有热水，然后告知前台明天退房在退款，接触行业10年了，头一次遇见要退款，还要我自己睡够了，呆够了 我走了在给我退款这种人，有问题不退房住完？

住了几天才发现充电器头让人给换了非常不开心，之前没发现这个问题，因为一直在酒店房间里插着，今天退房出来以后一拿这并不是我的充电器头

亲，酒店服务员在这边干了有一年两年了，他们用的也不是苹果拿您充电器也没用，咱们也能提供走廊监控，这么多长时间，捡的客人手机充电器钱包数不胜数，一个充电器头您在看看您朋友那边，不至于

去过很多次乐，电动窗帘和椅子需要维护一下，剩下没什么别的毛病，很宽敞。
