I booked a European-style standard room, which is very good, but the door on the first floor is too loud. Whenever someone comes in and out, the sound of the door closing on the second floor can be shocked.

The environment is very good. I upgraded the suite for free, and also gave a breakfast coupon (although I didn't eat it because I got up late), as well as free tickets for the Lieba Museum. The price is also reasonable and great value! !

I have to say that this is the worst hotel stay in this trip and previous trips😤😤 First of all, the attitude of the front desk staff is extremely poor, and they ignore the consultation. The air conditioner is not turned on, and it is said that it is not necessary to turn on the air conditioner in this weather. I said that if it is cold, the front desk said to give an extra bed and quilt? ? ? Once again, the entertainment projects advertised by the hotel have nothing because of the off-season and are desolate. Finally, the place where I live is obviously a restaurant remodel, there is only one charging socket in the whole room, and it is far and far away from the bed. I hope that the hotel can pay attention to the above problems, be worthy of the fees paid by consumers, and at least raise the service awareness.
