There was a male waiter who couldn’t figure out the situation. The check-in in the early morning was too slow to make a reservation for more than 20 minutes. He was talking to himself very much. He fell asleep in the middle of the night and knocked on the door. I was asleep and called and said that I had not paid the room fee. After three phone calls, I ran over and knocked on the door. It was obvious that I had prepaid the room fee in full. I really didn't have a clear mind or a sense of service! ! ! I can’t even figure out the order, disturb the guests regardless of time, and say that they haven’t paid after paying the room rate. The experience is very bad! ! ! Then the hotel still has mosquitoes biting! ! !
