Ski in and out is one of the advantages for this resort.
The room is clean and spacious, they do supply lot of mineral water. With hot spring and water park ticket it is worth to go. staying 5 days feel breakfast almost the same.

Good bones but rooms showing wear and tear

This Hyatt Regency was probably once quite charming, but it is poorly maintained and seems to be falling apart at the seams. The rooms are quite scuffed up. There were holes in my screen door. There were literally drill holes in the frame of the balcony door that had never been fixed - this is somewhat surprising because it can get quite cold in the winter here. There is some sort of mold or slime in the showers. There is dust everywhere. The AC clanked (but was fixed). The mattress saga. The room smells faintly of mildew or some other dampness.
This is a shame because the location is beautiful and the rooms are thoughtfully designed and constructed using good materials. The staff is also generally quite nice and eager to help, but not consistent. For example I asked the engineer to look at my AC unit after a certain time because I needed to do some work in the room, but the engineer came an hour earlier than requested. However, in all props to the hotel, after I mentioned the screens had holes, the hotel arranged an engineer to install a new screen door on the spot. This type of service is amazing and appreciated, but one wonders why the hotel didn’t notice a very holey screen before one of its guests.
I stayed in room 2329. I don’t recommend rooms on this side of the hotel because they overlook a pedestrian thoroughfare lined by restaurants and shops, and it can get very loud. I would highly recommend you choose your view carefully if you choose to stay at this hotel.

Great hotel resort not for one who does not like to walk.

One of the best hotels. Got free ski lifts and gear nice amenities all large. Complete superb breakfast and excellent fitness center as well as pool. There is a outdoor natural spa? Seems to be a hot natural dipping pool. My only problem is a very long walk to where you are going.

Hotel is big, spacious, with many facilities. Breakfast is rather diverse. Rooms are quite fresh and big. Swimming pool and sauna are good. Location is very central. Service is rather decent. Pretty nice experience in general. Bar closes very early. Very quiet in the hotel even during the weekend.

Got ripped off under Hyatt group the first time

Paying rmb 4000-5000 per night, but was charged rmb 6.1 for a broken spoon during breakfast, it’s ridiculous!!
The spoon slipped off from my plate when i was bringing the food to my table, then the manager immediately came to me telling that i have to pay for the broken spoon. I was very surprised for such handling, especially it’s Hyatt Regency. The manager said he can show me the price list for the utensils. I paid it anyway.
Other than that the hotel is good.
