Do not book at this hotel or prepay anything. They will try to scam you. We booked a tour via de reception and the operator confirmed all costs were included. The driver asked us after 5 min of driving to pay extra and when we refused he brought us back to the hotel. The reception who organized this trip refused to pay us back for no reason. We paid on our card so we canceled the payment but its good to know for other travellers how they operate at the hotel.

At that time, it was agreed that only the fares and the guide's fees would be paid. If you want to participate in additional items, of course you need to pay extra. This additional item is not mandatory for you to participate. It depends on your personal will. Just because you heard that you needed to pay extra for participating in the additional item, you canceled this trip by yourself. Then the consequences caused by your cancellation of this trip, of course, should be borne by yourself. We also said that a partial refund is possible, but a full refund is impossible.
Because of this incident, everyone was very unhappy. But when you said you were going to call the police, we all supported you to do so. We even hoped you would call the police to let them give us justice. I want to know why you didn't call the police?

Here is where you go wrong and start lying, the driver stopped himself after 5 min and told us that we had to pay extra to do the tour as we booked. We had not asked him anything what so ever. You can ask the tourguide. He just told us of we wanted to continue we needed to pay extra. Stop lying.

This is one of those rare cases when you get what is shown in the picture! Great hotel, has everything including a fridge. Smart assistant, smart toilet😀 Great view from the window, which you can admire while lying in the bath. Great location. Everything is great

Room is good. Light switches are a bit confusing. The hotel does NOT have a gym, so that was misleading

Big rooms in a very convenient location. You can walk to so many choices of restaurants and shops, as well as the night market. The tourist buses also stop about 10 minutes away.
