The hotel is excellent clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly. However, the room size is a bit narrow.

My partner and I had a good stay at the hotel. We enjoyed the coffee, and the cleanliness was satisfactory as well. The only thing was that our room was quite close to the lift, so there was a bit of noise otherwise, we had a lovely stay.

They will ask deposit and we not refund the money. They will.make us to go then detuct some money and send. Very bad hotel.

After verification, when you checked in on March 6th, we pre - withheld a room rate of 228 yuan and a deposit of 172 yuan via an Alipay "pre - authorization" order with the tail number 8928. On March 22nd when you checked out, the 172 - yuan deposit was refunded to your payment account as per the process, which can be confirmed through the Alipay "authorization completion" order with the tail number 3088. It's likely that the untimely communication of the refund information led to your misunderstanding, and we sincerely apologize for that.
In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the hotel, we collect a certain amount of deposit from our guests.
