垃圾桶没更换，房间一股怪味，电视也放不出来，一晚上吵吵闹闹睡不安稳

尊敬的宾客，非常感谢您入住本店；对于你此次入住体验深感遗憾！第一：本酒店清洁垃圾是每天退房更换垃圾桶，如有特别要求需告知前台处理（如您点的外卖和当时所带食物本身有味，残渣却放垃圾桶，肯定就会有味道，一般客人都会要么告知前台及时更换，要么自己把垃圾系好拿到门口），第二：酒店退房后会针对客房实际情况确定是否要喷洒空气清新剂（如客房烟味或外卖味等刺激味重），但是有些客人可能会有敏感，可打开窗户透气通风处理一会就好。第三：电视都是调试好的，只要打开电源就好。当时处理时发现是线端口插错，可能是客人打开电视流程不清楚，当晚就及时给处理好了；第四：吵闹应该是隔壁个别晚上送外卖的敲门或者是喊叫声大了点，毕竟普通经济酒店隔音效果还是比连锁酒店差了点。不过针对贵宾所提的本酒店实际问题，本酒店一定会对前台做好宣导告知，杜绝类似问题发生。其实我想说针对贵宾所有入住问题最好就是及时知会前台处理，免得造成不好的误会。

周边吃饭都很方便，交通也很方便，出差就来这家宾馆，室内设施齐全，卫生环境不错，老板服务非常热情，知道我要去一个比较远的工业园，还主动借给我车用。

老板很热情，卫生比较干净，周边很方便。和同类的比较起来，很推荐。离客运站、人民医院都不远，也很安静，能休息好。
