We are really in love with this hotel. Very very very clean, great location. And really the personal is so kind and helpful. We arrive last time so late and he help us to buy food ( because we don’t speak Chinese ).
And the personal can speak English so well.
Thank you

Very dissatisfied with the hotel service, there was no invoice when the invoice was issued, the front desk said that there was no ticket, this business trip was a delay, and there was no solution, which made us very dissatisfied and there were two cockroaches when we checked in, very disgusting

Hello dear guest, the front desk has explained to you about the invoice issue. The invoice has been issued at the end of the month, and the invoice on the 1st of the beginning of the month has been mailed to you. Regarding the problem of cockroaches, we will regularly remove insects and mites, and have responded to the problem. Thank you for your comments and suggestions!
