The staffs are very helpful and delightful to serve. They upgraded our room and early checking in for us, plus gave us extra complementary breakfast due to early arrival. The air-conditioning was a bit warm but ok after late night/ over night. Currently no self laundry equipments on site, not a big deal since we were not in rush. Location is very convenient for all necessities,

The few times I went to Jiuquan were exams, the previous few times I stayed at the Jiuquan Hotel, and the distance between the two was about the same. Compared with the hotel, the facilities here are relatively new, the environment is better, and it is much quieter. I may choose here in the future
