It is really good with its location, which is located next to shopping mall and Subway station. During stay, l met the delayed service from Housekeeping. I believe it is due to leak of management in order distribution and following up. Anyways on the second day, FOM Ms.Sharon showed the care, extended apology, offered LCO for service recovery
As a person who working in hotel as well, l appreciate the attitude of Ms.Sharon and the way she talked.
位置邻近地铁站、商场。在停居时遇到客房服务延迟，希望酒店方在接到客人需求时客房文员及时分配、沟通客房服务员并追踪任务完成情况。在第二天时遇到了前台经理Sharon女士，其表现出的关心、道歉、以及提供延迟退房的服务补救，作为酒店人，深感理解并触动！Overall还是OK的

First trip to Kunming

Hotel reception on 23rd floor, level 27th room is nice, creative bathroom, firm bed with soft linen. View is great. Breakfast was good with porridge, noodles, fried rice, etc & hot soya milk. Wifi is poor so, I used my own data. Nice view from restaurant.

The hotel was excellent. Very newly furnished, comfortable beds and other top notch amenities. The breakfast had many selections with a variety of local dishes prepared with care. The food quality was excellent. They also had a cloths washing area with 4 machines that was complimentary. Located just steps away from line 4 Bailong Road and near Line 5 Shizha with lots of restaurants close by. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Kunming again.
