We were very pleased with the service at the hotel. Mr. Tenzin at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful, especially with arranging our room upgrade. The entire front desk team and housekeeping staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.
The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of choices. The hotel grounds were also very clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attentive service.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel room is spacious. The toilet is a bit smelly but lucky it is not closed to my bed.
There is a clinic inside the hotel which provides 24 hours service.

If the property is a US based company. It is ridiculously impossible that no one there knows English! Even simple words like Taxi. Hot Chocolate, etc.

Luxurious hotel. Hood location. Quiet. Nice restaurants. Unfortunately certain blocks quite far from lobby (block 1). Main entrance is quite a walk from the road uphill. Make aure aide gates are open when u walk back after town walks.
