Beautiful hotel

Large hotel with beautiful view. Rooms are very spacious. Very comfortable beds. Decorations and furniture shows some wear and tear. Breakfast is very good.

Mountain view and good food

Pros:
-Jade Dragon mountain view from room (level 2). This is the main reason for choosing my stay here.
-Buffet breakfast is a delight with lots of local specialties - variety of mushrooms, preserved pork ribs, pastries from local grains, fresh soya milk. I ate all meals here. Pullman offers much better quality food than at IHG Lijiang, where I also stayed.
-All-day dining restaurant.
-Very good hospitality from reception (English speaking) and restaurant staff.
-Good and effective humidifier (to be requested). Tea set provided upon request.
Cons:
-So near, yet so far from Shuhe. It's about 1km to the south gate, no shuttle provided. Glad I stayed inside Shuhe before Pullman.
-Rooms need updating.
-Grounds need better upkeep. Overgrown grass makes the resort look abandoned.

great option when visiting Lijiang

stayed in a room, 1202, not a villa. enjoyed the size of the room and the views of the mountain.
very efficient check in, good breakfast.
room very clean, quiet.
it´s a few minutes drive from lijiang city center.

Our room was immaculate and exceptionally comfortable. The amenities, especially the pool and gym, were outstanding. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The hotel staff were warm, welcoming, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Special thanks to Rita, Danae, and Emi for their continued helpfulness throughout our stay—they truly made a difference.

Is a very big villa
Unfortunately, we do not have time for the hot spring as it needs to preheat 4 hours before
Btw the hotel can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain!
