.这间酒店是祁阳的唯一参与评级的四星级酒店。今年清明节回祁住了三天。设施和环境都很不错,停车方便、早餐比较丰富。但服务的档次下降了,房间有顶灯不亮,洗澡花洒只有中间四个孔出水,,洗澡用的拖鞋没有,这些经向前台提出,都改正、解决了。管理上有待提高、保持四星级酒店的品牌效应很重要。有些一次用品收费不是明显提示（如座厕垫收费6元、干的一次性毛毛拖鞋用完后带走要收费30元）。近几年祁阳的酒店新建较多、竞争激烈。回祁我还是愿意住这间传统的四星级酒店的。
