An hour from Sanya Bay
Facilities are not new, but the room we got were clean and as a diamond member we got upgraded to suite.
The staffs are very attentive maybe too attentive for me and always doing their best to keep us enjoying our stay.
My boys under 10 years old tried all the things at the hotel and a 3 days stay without leaving the hotel was perfect for them mainly because both loves playing with water and the mini zoo kept them happy for a few hours aswell.
The hot spring had 10 working pools each day (11 according to the hotel), the vending machines inside might not work for non Chinese citizens, but you can buy snacks and water just outside and that will keep the kids willingly to stay at the hot spring for another hour. The pool inside is supposed to be of hot spring water.
I would rate 4/5 but perfect for smaller kids.

Cleanliness - 5/5 - Hotel was spotlessly clean.
Location - 3/5 - The hotel is a bit out of the way but this is a destination hotel, the hotel itself is the attraction so for one night this worked for us.
Service - 5/5 - The staff were amazing and very friendly! The staff at the hot spring and at the buffet were very helpful and friendly!
Amenities - 5/5 - When we checked in we were given a free cookie as a welcome and the staff upgraded our room which was really kind. The hot spring was really nice and the swimming pool was so big! It was the biggest swimming pool I have ever seen. Some of the hot springs are under maintenance but 4 were open for us and we had them mostly to ourselves. Finally, the breakfast was massive offering such a diverse selection of foods including many local dishes.

Front desk - 小唐 was so helpful during my stay and constantly checking in with me to ensure I had all the help I needed. Room was clean and absolutely love the balcony. Location is slightly off from the main attractions but you get your peace.
But walls are slightly thin, could hear neighbors going in and out of their rooms and their loud chatter at the corridor.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton, the staff made everything pleasant. From the concierge, Jerry, who helped us downloading apps for our phone to Cindy in the Breakfast restaurant who went out of her way to spoil us with a parting gift of Baggett and cheese, all were smiling, willing to help and always happy!
I wish Hilton would allow the inroom units A/C to cool lowerer than 23c but that must be a corporate decision as techs even checked our unit and the front desk offered us another room which we declined. Thank you for a wonderful stay, it was the staff that will have us return! Great job everyone!

Clean hotel and excellent service in general. We particularly enjoyed the hot spring experience. Great breakfast with lots of variety to satisfy every guest taste. However I would not recommend anyone guest to take its picture taken by the hotel. We had a horrible experience with the staff in charge of taking pictures. He was extremely disrespectful and insulting. At the end we took our own pictures and did not use that service.
