破酒店，天寒地冻，空调跟没有一样，在冰窖里住了一夜！入住还要交100元押金，我很多年没有遇到交押金的状况了！性价比极差，偌大的房间，一台麻将机占据一大部分空间。洗澡水是温的，感觉跟体温差不多，差点冻感冒！因为刚下高速，懒得找酒店了，就将就了，店家估计服务对象也就是我这样的顾客，所以，吃定你的心态坚定不屈！这样的商家早点关门吧，否则就是祸害！

尊敬的宾客，感谢您对酒店的点评！对于您在酒店入住期间的经历，我们深表遗憾，押金都是退房时原路退回的，酒店房间都是中央空调，您去房间出现这种情况可以及时联系前台工作人员去帮您解决，酒店房间空间很大，制热可能没有那么快，面对您指出的问题我们当天已通知师傅上门维修，及时恢复了正常，后续会定期进行自检自查，我们始终重视每一位客人的入住体验，再次给您致歉，祝您生活愉快！
