Great Place to Stay in Macau
Our recent stay was truly memorable. The hotel facilities were amazing, elegant, and very well maintained.
Kudos to the concierge, housekeeping, security staff Filipino and Indian personnel(i’m sorry i couldn’t remember all your name), casino team, or making us feel so welcomed and well taken care of.
and the assistance given to my mom in wheelchair-accessible areas.
Special thanks to Charles Valenzuela, whom we randomly met in the lobby. He gladly assisted us, explained and guise us in our room.answered all our inquiries, and even suggested adjusting our itinerary due to the heavy rain, which really helped us a lot.
We also appreciated the thoughtful housekeeping service, the complimentary cake for my mom’s birthday.
The breakfast buffet was huge, elegant, and had a wonderful food selection.
One suggestion for improvement: it would be helpful if the check-in counter could prioritize assigning rooms near the elevator for senior citizens or guests with special needs.
The casino team was generally nice and accommodating, although one staff member distributing sweet treats seemed less welcoming during our interaction. We hope all guests, including foreign visitors, can consistently experience the same warm hospitality.
Thank you again for the wonderful stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again.

Exceptional Service & Our Home Away From Home in Macau
I recently stayed at Grand Lisboa Palace in Macau for an extended period while working, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience.
Being away from home for work can be exhausting, especially over a long stay, but the team at Grand Lisboa Palace went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome and looked after throughout our time there.
A very special thank you to Matt Vidal, Dobi, and the entire team. Your kindness, patience, professionalism and incredible level of care did not go unnoticed. With a large film production and constantly changing requirements, I know we weren’t always the easiest group to manage, but nothing ever seemed too much trouble. You handled every request and last-minute change with warmth, calm and a smile.
The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the facilities and service are exceptional, but it really was the people who made our stay so memorable.
After spending so much time there, Grand Lisboa Palace genuinely started to feel like our home in Macau, and that is entirely thanks to the wonderful team behind it.
Thank you again, Matt, Dobi and everyone at Grand Lisboa Palace for taking such wonderful care of us. I’m incredibly grateful for everything you did and would happily return, whether for work or hopefully next time for a proper holiday!

Family trip 2026 @ Grand Lisboa Palace Macau
I wish to commend the outstanding customer service provided at Grand Lisboa Palace. When we arrived at the hotel, since we had an elderly person with us, the receptionist helped him alight from the vehicle and helped carry our luggage. They also patiently waited for us to pick up everything before guiding us to the front desk, where the employees were patient, waiting for us to gather all the identification without rushing the process. They warmly welcomed us, clearly guided us to our room, and we were able to arrive promptly and rest. Now and then, we got lost in the enormous hotel, and the front desk was always able to clarify how to navigate it in an approachable way. Overall, they provided extraordinary service to their customers, demonstrating thoughtfulness, patience and kindness, and made our trip in Macau a more remarkable one.

Good reviews
I come to Macau every month to relax and experience a lot of hotels, driving around or prefer this one.
Staying again after a month, the experience is still online and you can really feel that the hotel is really taking guests to heart. It was a great fate to meet Anne, the meeting was still full of smiles, warm and thoughtful from greeting to farewell, attentive service to our whole family, all of whom gave praise.
The comfortable service in place, adding to the whole trip to Macau, is a near-perfect stay experience, worth recommending
