The hotels at Taipa area was expensive so we chose this hotel in Macau.
The rooms are spacious and clean. Also easy access by taxi to everywhere in Macau. You can even walk 15-20 minutes to reach St.Paul ruins..

Disappointing

Would be 5 stars. You have to pay extra for everything. Swimming pool? Pay and buy a swim cap. Casino? Closed
Hotel bar? Not present. At check-in no informationone about hours of breakfast wifi, ... or finding your room by the strange system of elevators. Many staff who open doors, operate elevators but barely find anyone who speaks a language other than Chinese. A huge disappointment.

Horrible Start to my trip

When I first came into the hotel with my family, the staff at the reception were arguing with the customers. The atmosphere was extremely traditional and the hotel rooms itself are so far away to walk. The receptionists are very incapable of speaking English and when using google translate, staff seemed very impatient with customers. To add onto the horrible experience this hotel has given me, as soon as I entered the corridors, there was this ancient powdery smell. The powdery scent made me extremely light headed. To make my situation worse, after a long tiring walk I wanted to relax in my hotel bed.. however a scent of piss lingered in my room. I couldn’t get rid of the smell no matter what and trust me i even opened an air purifier. For the sake of your family friends and yourself, AVOID this hotel. I would give it a 0 star if I could. ABSOLUTELY unworthy of a 5 star hotel.

Staff are very friendly.
Deluxe suite is big, but deco looks a bit dated.
In-room dinning service is not available as stated in the information.
Housekeeping service can be hit and miss

Reasonably priced at good location on Macau side. Amole taxis available at the driveway of the hotel. Good Cha Chan Tang located in the lobby offering assorted noodles, rice and bread for breakfast, tea, lunch and dinner. Many entries and shops around the hotel location. So everything is walking distance.
