Beautiful resort with modern and clean amenities. View from the room was amazing.
The best part of the stay was the team of incredibly warm and lovely staff who look great care of us and our little one, from the receptionist to the pool lady, cleaning ladies, restaurant team etc. We also had sweet dessert and fruits sent to the room in a hot flask daily.
The bubble machine was faulty on day 2 of our stay and when the hotel staff found out we had a family photoshoot planned that day, they immediately called for someone to fix it so that we could have additional props for pictures, which was very sweet and thoughtful.
The only downside is that there isn’t very much to do within the hotel or neighbourhood and there is only 1 restaurant (although they are happy to take any special requests for food off the menu. We asked for 小龙虾 for example). Families would enjoy the well equipped kids playroom and activities they provide in the garden (kite flying, sky lanterns, bubble machine, balls etc.)

The hotel is very good, the design is very stylish, the room is large, I personally like the auditorium, it has a sense of age and substitution! The service at the front desk is also good, and the voice is sweeter! Come again next time you have a chance! The fly in the ointment is that the road is too narrow to drive here!

The environment of the hotel is very good, surrounded by tea mountains. I went to see the snow scene, and I was not disappointed, and it was too beautiful. The service is also remarkable. The only downside is that there are too few varieties of breakfast. After eating for two days, I feel that I can't find anything.

No Hotel This hotel is really worthy of its price. From the service to the facilities and catering, it is top-notch. There is a shuttle bus waiting for you as soon as you arrive at the hotel parking lot. Wearing a mask, you can feel the smile of the housekeeper Sweet face, when you check in at the front desk, there are already hot rice noodles and towels prepared. The rice noodles are really delicious, not to mention the room configuration, the rich minibar, the hotel as a whole is very secluded, I can't say enough I can't say enough. The quiet and pleasant hotel, although the location is a bit remote, is precisely because of the remoteness that there are no passers-by, Internet celebrities and other random people destroy this rare tranquility. The room is very big, sitting on the sofa and looking out the window is a beautiful view. Dyson hair dryers, Ferragamo toiletries, and a rich mini bar all reflect the grand style of the hotel. I am very satisfied with the food, taste and quality of the food I have used in the hotel for two days. I am especially grateful to Director Yao and Director Wang for their warm and meticulous service. The other service staff are also very polite and thoughtful. I sat in the lobby bar for afternoon tea today. The feeling is too unforgettable. There is a beautiful early winter picture in front of me. The desserts are not only beautiful but also delicious.
