The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, a gym, billiards and table tennis tables, etc., but the hotel is too big, you need to take a battery car or drive by yourself. There is a place to eat and drink afternoon tea downstairs in the hall. The breakfast time is very long, the food is very rich, the dinner is also very rich, the price is not expensive, and the strange Lu rice is delicious! Afternoon tea is relatively simple. The decoration materials of the whole hotel are very good, very atmospheric and stable, and the hotel is very high and luxurious. The room has a European feel, it is very atmospheric and heavy, the sound insulation is very good, the room is very high-end, but after all, it has been many years, so some parts of the room are a bit worn out, but it can also be seen that the hotel is well maintained, the facilities are not special, and there is no USB , the curtains are automatic, there is a balcony, the scenery outside is good! The bed and towels were clean and comfortable. The service is still acceptable, but I don't feel very good. The front desk is relatively poor. I feel that they are all interns. The problem of the guests is not handled smoothly, especially after we renew the room online the next day, go to the front desk to handle it, and then in the afternoon It was inexplicably not done well, and I even called to confirm the name and some information! The hotel has all the services that the hotel should have, but the whole feeling of the service staff is dull and passive, not active enough! There is no special initiative and enthusiasm to serve guests, and the feeling of star-rated hotel service is lacking.
