I came here on a business trip, the location is very good, the surrounding traffic is very convenient, there are a lot of parking spaces and free parking, the first impression I came in is that the lobby is clean and tidy, and I feel very comfortable. The lady at the front desk is very helpful and helpful Polite, very enthusiastic, and the service is very considerate. The room is clean and tidy as a whole, and it is very comfortable to live in. After washing with a comfortable hot water, the bed is very comfortable to sleep on. I must give it a good review. I was hungry at night, so I went to the surrounding snack street to have some supper, and it tasted good. I will come again next time, give a good review, not bad! good in every way

The experience is very poor😡. I booked the Zhiyue King Room. When I entered the room, I felt very oppressive and uncomfortable. I spent 58 to upgrade to a bigger room on the 10th floor. I was going to lie down and take a rest first. I found that the air conditioner in the room was not cooling but only heating. I called the front desk and asked why there was no air conditioning in the room. I became angry instantly, I said, the weather in Puning is 27 degrees, and the sun is shining into the room, you ask me to turn on the heating? The front desk said that if you feel hot, don't turn on the heating, or change you to a room on the 11th floor, but the room on the 11th floor only has air-conditioning and no heating. I was stunned instantly, I said there is no heating, what should I do to sleep at night? The front desk said that they can get you an extra quilt, or you can check out. I was speechless by the words of the front desk. When I was about to check out, the front desk said that the air conditioner was turned on for me. At that time, I naively thought that the air conditioner increased the cooling, so I just thought about it and didn't refund it. Who knew that when I slept until midnight, there was a big temperature difference between day and night in Puning, so I woke up from the cold in the middle of the night. When I got up, I turned on the heating, only to find that the heating was gone and couldn’t be adjusted, only cooling. With such a thin quilt, I endured it until the next day. I have slept in the room with the worst service and the worst experience. I won’t go there again if I live for free. It’s too bad.

Dear guest officer, hello! Thank you for staying at Park Hotel and commenting. I'm sorry for the small place that didn't leave a good impression on you. You booked a Zhiyue room. The bed is 1.5m×2m. The room area is 20 square meters. It will be a little smaller. If you are not satisfied with the room Request to pay the price difference to upgrade the room type. Here, we will apply for a 1-day supplement of 29 yuan to upgrade to a king-size bed room. After arriving in the room, you reported that the air conditioner does not have a cooling mode. At that time, Xiaozhi communicated with you and explained that the air-conditioning mode here is unified in the property. Controlled hotels cannot control and adjust freely. You can only choose one of the cooling and heating modes. After communicating with you, you can arrange a room to switch to the cooling mode. However, with the cooling mode, there is no heating mode. At that time, Xiaozhi did not What do you mean? You may have misunderstood Xiaozhi. Then you said that if it gets cold at night, Xiaozhi can give you a suggestion. If you feel cold, you can add an extra quilt. If you need it, you can call the front desk to arrange delivery and add a quilt to your room. , At the same time, you said that all the things have not been collected by the hotel. The hotel staff on duty found that there were leftover items after you checked out and called you twice as soon as possible. I will notify Xiaozhi and then call to inform the guests. I am very sorry to make you unhappy again! Xiaozhi is improving herself now, I hope you will see a good Xiaozhi next time! Xiaozhi apologizes again and looks forward to seeing you again!

The service is very good, whether it's the young lady at the front desk or the aunt upstairs who helped us get things, they are all very kind and enthusiastic. The lobby is spacious, bright and comfortable to walk in. The corridor is also very clean. After entering the room, I feel very tidy and hygienic. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on. I sleep until dawn and feel very energetic. I will come to live next time, it is worth recommending! ! !

A place in the city center, but rather chaotic. When I checked in, there were people crying in the lobby on the first floor. Sanitary conditions are relatively general, and access is more complicated. Breakfast is 38 per person. If you can't order breakfast online, you need to add WeChat to pay 38 offline before you can buy it.
