交通方便，离地铁口很近，装修比较新，物美价廉，商旅出差好伴侣

服务态度极差房间饮用水用完了打电话让送水打了十分钟电话没有人接我下去到前台前台服务员正在忙的接待客人，我站在那里等她忙完了我说打电话没有人接我以为下班了她说没有我正在忙乎了，然后从我背后走过来一位貌似老板的一位比较年老的一位态度极其不好我也没理他我要是和他接话那一定要发生什么希望有关部门引起重视别把青岛的明片给丢了

硬件（设施）、软件（服务）都是最差的破酒店

青岛金凯莱不能去，268的大床房，阴暗潮湿，没有窗户，卫生间超级简陋，用具也是极差，尤其是洗漱用品超级低档次（梳子拆封塑料袋时，齿就几乎全部掉了！）。物品寄存时服务员以各种理由推脱，一会说贵重物品不存，我说没有贵重物品，一会又说她们没有地方存！青岛三天玩的很好，住了金凯莱破酒店，还有其名曰提供早餐，那也是早餐，脏的要死，盘子上，手一抹就是一大块黑乎乎的东西，几乎没有东西可以吃，我们掉头就走，奸商！程中的真实发现，例如环境、服务、价格等方面的感受。

舒适性价比高

在非旺季的特价房，带朋友玩入住，性价比超高~位于台东，逛逛街很方便啦，主要是非旺季特价实在很爽，朋友既可以住的很舒服，自己也很省银子的说
