1. 独创的"到店升级"收费模式令人耳目一新（虽然提前五六天确认过的订单神秘消失）
2. 前台的危机处理堪称行为艺术典范（当指出地板有水渍时，有幸目睹工作人员展现"逐客式服务"的精髓）
3. 将商务酒店成功转型为"沉浸式备考训练营"（在滂沱大雨中重新找房确实很锻炼应急能力）
特别赞赏贵方两点创新：

房间早早就订好，钱也被扣，去到酒店，老板说没房，还说你不爽就报警，就是没房给你住，真的无语，态度还凶的要死，然后去附近小巷找了出租民宿给我，一看就是出租房那种，瞬间想骂人那种，大家订房时多注意，特别是小地方。

儲熱式熱水爐來，唔是咁理想沖涼要等同要沖得快的🥶，第一日入住房內有蜘蛛絲吊住在天花板，桌底下仲還有煙頭
