Hotel facilities were overall great, their breakfast was better than their other meals. Overall hotel is not bad. The only issue is the hotel is on this island that does not allow blue plate cars (gas car) to go into the island. We had to park outside of the island and take a shuttle which was a bit annoying bringing our luggages and also going to our rental car.

The hotel is in a golf course, surrounded by open green, you can see the Wanquan River, the hot spring is worth recommending, the room has a good sense of space, and the bathroom has floor heating, which is comfortable. You can rest immediately after checking in, which is very good. The doorman was very enthusiastic in leading the way, and gave us a general introduction to the hotel's facilities along the way. If he hadn't reminded us that the duty-free shop closes at 6 o'clock, we might have missed it. Thank you very much here🙏 The location of the hotel is also good. On Dongyu Island, facing Yudai Beach, the swimming pool has a pleasant view and a beautiful environment. It's a pity that the hotel is currently under construction, which greatly affects the landscape. When entering and leaving the hotel, you will encounter construction vehicles, construction workers, etc., and it is not suitable for vacation living in the near future. However, when booking, the hotel did not indicate that it had renovation works, and it was not reminded until check-in. Let’s talk about the areas worthy of improvement: Room facilities: It looks a bit old-fashioned, and it is clean, but the magic is that there is no pair of disposable slippers in the hotel room, and there is no bag of tea bags. As a hotel A five-star hotel should not even lack these basic contents. Later, I happened to meet the cleaning aunt in the corridor and asked if there were children's slippers. The aunt said that there were no children's slippers, only adults', so we got adult slippers by mistake. However, children's slippers, children's toothbrushes, children's bathrobes and other items related to "children" are not available at all, so you need to bring your own. Because we only slept for one night and caught the flight early the next morning, we didn't care about it. However, after the room was cleaned, the supplies that should be replenished were not replenished in time, which still affected the check-in experience. As for dinner, because there is a big team meeting reception, the restaurant is all reserved, and only the Korean teppanyaki buffet is left. We listened to the advice of the Chinese restaurant staff and went back to our room to order food. The food delivery service card in the room shows that the service fee is free for 24 hours. However, when placing an order for payment, it is reminded that a 30% service fee will be charged. It is completely understandable that there is a service fee, but it is written in the room that it is free, and finally the food and beverage department delivers The meal came and was charged again, which still felt a bit strange. However, the taste of the food delivered is still good, which is worthy of recognition. I hope the hotel can update the "free service fee" delivery card to avoid misunderstanding.
