房间的湖景非常不错，退房后可以在另外一间保存行李，对于出来玩的外地人比较方便。而且就在西湖酒店附近，可以坐小白车，两块钱到古城区的任意地方。

第一。洗衣机漏水。整个房间都是水
第二。没有洗衣粉。不能洗衣服
第三。空调遥控不行，房间很冷
第四。六个人拿五张被子
第五。平台房间图片跟实际天差地别
第六。房间臭味很重，孩子不喜欢待
第七。热水器洗澡一个人要等20分钟。
第八。不建议入住。慎重!

房间里洗衣机每一天阿姨都用来洗四件套，都好好的哦。洗衣粉在二楼厕所的厨子里。我们是三床房，一张床一米八一条被子不合理吗？已经多给您加了两床，还要这样指责也是没搞懂。

家具陈旧，沙发上全是污渍，被褥非常臭。
厨具无法使用。
第一次遇到使用无纺布毛巾浴巾的民宿！
第一次遇到使用无纺布床单被罩的民宿！
不是我挑剔，尽管春季高峰三天小六千块我认了，春节出去本来就是活该被宰的。但是这个价格给我这个服务，我不认。
图片是五十年一遇的无纺布床单被罩洗漱用品还有沙发上的污渍。
唉，疫情时候隔离都没见过这样的条件。

房间挺干净，面积大，巨幕投屏看动漫受小朋友欢迎，离景点位置较近，可步行至西湖和博物馆，楼下有饭馆和早餐店用餐方便。不足如下: 房间隔音效果不好，空调好像没效果不知道是不是我操作不当，晚上一直有听到洗手间那边的滴水声影响休息。

还不错 环境很好 很喜欢复式的 设施设备很齐全 最好的就是二楼也有洗手间 不用跑到一楼上厕所 很方便 很满意的一次体验
