Stayed for two nights, at first I thought the room was ok, it was big and clean, but the experience after check-in was really average... Hardware facilities: No hot water on the first night! I called the front desk at 10 o'clock and told that the water heater was broken and was being repaired. It was past twelve o'clock and it hadn't been repaired. I took a cold shower... There was a hollow bulge on the floor of the room, and I almost tripped over it ... Service: I called the front desk and asked for a bag for clothes, but I was hung up on the phone before I finished talking. I waited for two hours and it still didn't arrive... The air conditioner in the room was noisy and the sound insulation was poor. I can hear the ktv singing at night, and I can hear the kids running around in the corridor in the morning... The nearby living facilities are ok, and there are restaurants and convenience stores. The price increase during the Chinese New Year is understandable, but I'm really sorry for the service and hardware This price... for your reference

There was no hot water at night, so I called the front desk and said that there was a peak water consumption, and I waited an hour to call and said that the equipment was broken and was being repaired, and asked them to find someone to come and have a look, and said that someone would come later, and then called again, and said Someone came for a while, but no one came three times.
