I am very satisfied with the hotel this time, the young lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic! The equipment of the room is also very complete. I called the front desk and asked if there was a pharmacy nearby. Knowing that I had a slight cold, the waiter also sent a few packs of Sanjiu Cold Remedy. The service is really good! I will choose this hotel next time.

There are few people at the front desk and many guests, so the work efficiency is low, and it took half an hour to check in. There is no roll paper in the room, and all are replaced with tissue paper. The breakfast is simple, the buns and dishes are cold, everyone frowned and said it was the worst hotel in this trip.

Fight wits with the front desk to check into the already booked room. At the beginning, I said that the parent-child room I booked was not available because Ctrip did not give them an order. I called Ctrip to confront it on the spot, and the front desk immediately said to give me the room booked by someone else. A lot of guests who wanted to stay in the hotel came one after another. The front desk saw that the business was good and there were other guests who needed single rooms, so they wanted to exchange the two single rooms I had booked a long time ago with others, saying that I booked a parent-child room with three standards between. I said loudly that I booked a parent-child room, a double standard and two single rooms, and issued a Ctrip order at the same time. The front desk had no choice but to point at me and tell other guests: She asked for two single rooms, and you won't have any. Later, Ctrip called and told me that the order was confirmed by the hotel manager himself! The room is displayed on the platform as a 1.5-meter bed and a 1.8-meter bed. There is actually only one 1.2-meter bed and one 1.8-meter bed. The breakfast is simple, the buns and dishes are cold, everyone frowned and said it was the worst hotel in this trip.
