偶然间发现了这家宝藏酒店，真的是太喜欢啦～～世间繁华三千，不如一隅清欢，舒缓，自然，惬意才是生活应有的样子，觅一处清净，享一时悠闲，不需要繁华热闹，只盼心灵栖息～～每个房间都带有院子，真的太适合闲暇时光来这里放空一下，前台和客房大姐人也特别好非常热情，早餐还有中餐和西餐两种选择真的很不错，总之真的很棒特别喜欢～～

家庭自驾出行，开车到酒店停车场不起杆，没有提示也没人看守，打电话给前台被告知需要按喇叭才起杆放行。办理入住时出示支付宝的电子身份证被告知无法办理，必须扫码自助登记。办理完入住被告知是民宿型酒店，0:00～8:00不提供任何服务，我怕晚上不提供任何服务就让前台多拿几瓶水，对方说瓶装水收费，唉，我都有点气笑了，五星级的价格小宾馆的体验，停车场前台大堂和客房服务貌似就一个人，晚上不提供任何服务好像也能理解了。房间简单说一下吧，亲子房就一间，隔壁是个露天机房，噪音很大。院子杂草丛生，露天休闲区很脏，眼看是很久没维护过了。房间门铃故障，外卖和访客基本靠手机联系。图片上的帐篷未见摆放，柜子有遗留垃圾，房间明显异味，儿童娱乐仅是一个带围挡的爬爬垫和一些积木，卧室门严重变形开闭困难。第二天要了两双拖鞋。又被告知拖鞋收费，五星好评可免费赠送，唉，五百一晚的房间啊，都给我整不会了。以上均为客观描述，大家谨慎参考。

亲爱的小主，收到您的多维度的反馈与入住体验的分享，首先代表酒店对您本次不是很满意的入住表达我们深深的歉意。咱们酒店所处的位置在居民区楼下所以比较安静，但是最大的烦恼就是停车场的问题，小区居民下班后的车辆经常占满停车场，导致咱们入住客人的车辆无处停放或有安全隐患，因此咱们改成了手动启停的模式，给您带来的不便我们深表歉意，我们也再优化停车场管理的细节尽量保障咱们客户的权益；电子身份证系统的中断使用我们也一言难尽，跟相关部门反映了很多次一直没有结果，但是很多客人都没有携带身份证，因此咱们只能按此购买他们这个实名验证的小程序，但对客人我们就不再加收费用，以便于未带证件出行的客人需求，请您理解；饮用水的问题，已经严厉批评了酒店前台的在岗人员，因为天气炎热通知咱们套房里面配备的是6瓶矿泉水，但是一再强调只要客用品客人有合理需求就要满足，但是我们上传下达的环节不知道出了什么问题，导致收费这样的情况发生，是我们管理环节的疏忽和失职，再次向您表达深深的歉意；设施设备您反馈的问题，我们已通知工程部来紧急处理维修，咱们房间数量较少，平时出租率较高，有些问题我们确实检查时候不够严谨，接下来我们也尽快优化流程避免出现此类情况的再次发生。最后非常感谢您愿意花时间来给我们这些建议和意见，我们一定高度重视并尽快整改，期待您的下次光临和检阅工作~

没想到这个价钱还能定一个有小院的房间就算了，包早餐！我选的西餐直接送到院里，现在天气不冷不热的在院里的座椅上休息一会，感觉超级舒服，周围就有各种饭店，靠近住宅也不吵闹，真的很不错！（前台的小妹妹服务很赞哦）

甄选到了一家宝藏酒店，不虚此行！从来没有住过这种类型的酒店，房间带了一个院子，晚上坐在院子里简直太舒服了，房间内面积很大，最主要是安静，基本上听不到喇叭声，早上听着小鸟叽叽喳喳声睡醒简直太惬意了，早餐是三门峡当地的特色羊肉汤，在某书上看到是三门峡的地标性美食，我不是很喜欢羊汤的人但觉得很好喝，一点也不膻，晚上又吃了铜锅涮肉很美味。前台的服务也不错，基本上信息都是秒回，解决问题的速度也是很快的，入住期间也是嘘寒问暖，感觉到了三门峡人对外地人的热情；房间里面配了小茶具，品茗 太阳 音乐 院子简直满分酒店，强烈推荐大家入住！对了，天气比较热，前台有太阳伞可以租借很是便利~

因为带了宠物，特意选了这家带庭院的宠物友好酒店，前台小姐姐也非常热情。房间非常大，也非常干净，早餐羊肉汤还可以，还送了手磨咖啡，位置离景区不远，附近也有小吃街，比较方便，满分！
