RUIJI Hotel (Yong'an) is located in Building 7, Chengshang Square, Yong'an City, Sanming City, Fujian Province. Invested and constructed by Fujian Jinding Construction Group, the hotel is adjacent to the expressway (Yong'an South Exit). It is approximately 2.3 kilometers away from Yong'an South High-speed Railway Station, 2.5 kilometers from Yong'an Bus Station, 100 meters in a straight line from Yong'an Sports Center, and merely 1 kilometer from Yong'an General Hospital. Decorated in accordance with domestic boutique hotel standards, the hotel covers a total business area of around 9,000 square meters. It is a comprehensive hotel integrating business, leisure, entertainment and conference functions. The 1st floor houses a local-style breakfast restaurant with a seating capacity of 80 diners. The 2nd and 3rd floors feature large wedding banquet halls and themed banquet halls, which can accommodate up to 80 banquet tables simultaneously and are capable of hosting large-scale events such as weddings and corporate annual meetings. The 4th floor is home to "Chao K No.7" KTV, equipped with 16 luxury themed private rooms of various types. The 5th floor has an integrated service area that combines laundry and fitness facilities. The 6th and 7th floors boast 25 private rooms for Chinese cuisine. Floors 8 to 17 are designated as hotel guest rooms. Currently, there are 128 guest rooms of different types, including 55 twin rooms, 66 single rooms and 7 suites. Every guest room is equipped with the full-house Xiaodu Smart System as standard, allowing guests to control facilities like air conditioners, curtains, TVs and lights via voice commands. The 18th floor features a medium-sized multi-functional conference room that can seat 80 attendees at the same time. In addition to the ground square parking area, the hotel also has an underground parking lot with over 100 available parking spaces.
