Hello everyone.were from 27.02.26 to 12.03 hotel highest in sanya, location is good, 3 minutes to the sea, hotel big only 4 lifts there are delays both ways but more than 4 minutes was not, cons hotel on 3+ but there are bad rooms and good, we took earlier booking room was not so good, then at 12 o'clock gave room overlooking the neighboring hotel 24 hours there was a stink, at the reception complained we were moved to a room overlooking the sea although we originally asked the sea view we voiced 60 yuan per night so free sea view turned out. Valentine's guide is doing great. So about breakfast, we don't eat foie gras or any delicacies in the morning. Thrash Hotel
I didn't like the hotel. That left a very unpleasant impression. Not recommended! Rooms don't have basic cleanliness. The walls are dirty with mildew, the air conditioning is leaking, the sofa in the room is dirty. In the hallway on the floor do not clean at all, except for lingering stains , there is dust that does not clean for weeks !
In the dining room, the same situation.
The only upside is the view from the window, the comfortable location and the oddly clean beds.

A horror you can't even dream of in your dreams
Greetings, I wanted to leave my negative impression of this place: after you cross the threshold of this green place - is met with an atmosphere of disrespect and sour eyes of the administration and employees of this institution, if you do not have early occupancy, be ready to sit in a stuffy room in the hall and expect sufficient time of about 6 hours of occupancy, the meeting here is extremely reluctant. Still, when you walk into a room there's a strange mundaneness that requires a lot of overhaul! Order and cleanliness, not much credit here - that's for sure! The most highlight on the cake is the "restaurant" that the tongue does not turn to name! In all these years of travel, it's ranked in my top 1 worst places. Feeding frankly some slop, and it's half trouble, unsanitary is also in the first place, tablecloth as soon as bought at the opening of this place 10 years ago,so it has not been washed once! Mugs, plates plastic!!!!? Food is so inspiring neither trust nor appetite nor anything!!? Tastes - unfortunately my stomach had to try "given dishes" difficult to call dishes of culinary art, extremely not delicious. These places are highly discouraged to stay, much less visit '"restaurant"'.

Not bad, but we're not going to this hotel again.
The hotel itself overlooks very even decent, successfully located, all nearby and shops and cafes and the sea. The view from the 17th floor balcony is just mesmerizing especially in the evening when everything is lit up.
But that's where it ends. Old stock enough, furniture shabby, but mattresses were good as opposed to bed linen and towels. The food is mediocre, they weren't hungry, but you can't call it delicious either. Fruit is scarce, sausages are mostly soybean, buns are steamed (per amateur).
Since the hotel is urban, the pool was on the 5th floor on the annex, on the roof. It's not big at all, but clean enough. We were unlucky, there were winds and the sea was closed to swimming almost every day. And there, if it's closed, it's closed, lie back and admire. That's why we used the pool a lot.

The location is excellent, room for an average of four
Checking in at the right time, had to wait. They left their luggage at the reception, took a walk around the area and took a nap in the lobby on the sofas (arrived at night). They communicated through an interpreter on the phone, they don't speak Russian at reception.
The room was given on the 26th floor, the view opposite the sea, a large view from the balcony, on the left you can partly see the mountain of the park "deer turned head" and the bay with ships, on the right the area "pineapple" and also a bit of a sea bay, in front of you in the distance of the mountain. The balcony is large, with a table and metal armchairs. There's a tumble dryer.
In the room as usual - conder, mini fridge, closet, safe, TV without Russian channels, kitchen corner with sink, saucers-cup, kettle and lockers, sockets adapted to any plugs. Daily water 2x0.5, tea, toothbrushes-pastes, soap, gel, shampoo, comb. The water was always hot, there was no problem with the plumbing.
Food cannot be left outside the fridge - ants come small until the food is gone - and ants are gone.
Bed and medium-stiff pillows, normal. The bed didn't notice any changes, I won't say for sure. Cleaning like everywhere else, the floor wiped garbage taken and subvidos.
