There are nuances

The hotel is beautiful! Impressed by her beauty from the entrance group. Great lobby! But I didn't expect to see you like this. Check-in waited until 15:30, after which we were silently handed a card and sent to an unknown destination. No information was given about which building we live in, nor about breakfasts or all the related entertainment. The hotel is big and it wasn't easy for us to find a room. After almost an hour, we had to wait for the suitcases to arrive in the room ... for all the splendour of the hotel, the service leaves much to be desired. If you're only interested in beautiful photos, the hotel will come to you, but if you're going for a quality vacation and full relaxation, then I wouldn't recommend

The service is great, the value for money is super, all kinds of dishes are delicious, the service is very good, it's worth trying their seafood rice, it's delicious, staff will also make dishes according to everyone's taste

Dig into a treasure restaurant for an overall perfect score! The few signs ordered were all stunning and the ingredients fresh and fresh. The meat is soft and juicy, the vegetarian dish is refreshing and delicacy, the flavoring is excellent, not too salty and spicy, the original highlights the freshness of the ingredients themselves. The weight of sincerity is full, the pace of serving is comfortable, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, no matter whether family dinner, friends small gathering is appropriate, eat once in mind, after dinner to order this house.

Fairmont Sanya is beautiful. The lobby is high and elegant. La Mesa.
Restaurant The group's sea and land package for two people is full of value for money while producing very good! The Spanish food is delicious. 2 restaurant atmosphere is also strong. It's great for dates. The seafood in the set menu is delicious! We also tasted white wine, as if it were an Australian winery with a perfect seafood mix.

it was lovely to be there, Lulu was our concierge for the stay and she was amazing, really caring about our needs. My down point goes to the Indian lady at the foyer coffee shop who I was not happy to meet. The hotel has a private access to the beach and our family of four people had a great time in there. You should be alert that Haitang Bay won't allow you to swim on the beach for safety reasons but still a very nice place to visit, you can stay in the water until your knees, so it was fine, at the end I recommend for sure. ☺️ oh yeah and a special compliments to the awesome security guards that stay on beach side, so friendly and spontaneous, we had great time chatting with them🤩
