The service was amazing and fully based on American Standards. I did not seeen this kind of service in any hotel under this price tag. Location is also near to subway. You can easily access the whole city.

Trip.com has no power in china, they can not control anything in properties of china. The pictures uploaded here are from different rooms. When we arrived they gave us a different room. The light color in the pictures are yellow but they gave us room in 5th floor where all rooms have bright, uncomfortable white lights. Stuff is friendly, sleeps during night duty and does not understand english at all. We used alipay translate to talk with them.
After complaining to trip.com customer care they just checked with hotel and told us they can not do anything. The mattress is very hard and not blanket is also not comfortable. They only have limited resource so nothing can be done.

Overall our stay was great! We enjoyed Shanghai a lot as we were close to the subway. We only had a problem with the toilet which was not flushing well…
But the service overall was great! Great staff, great location,…
Thanks to JunJun and Weiyi for their kindness and avalability during our stay !
I recommend this hotel :)

The hotel beds literally had bed bugs, the staff did not change the room upon request and it was overall an unsatisfactory experience.
