Best fun in Shanghai

Absolutely fabulous hotel! Right in the middle of nanjing rd shopping and short walk to the bund. Staff were attentive and happy. The room was presented beautifully and daily cleaning on point. Jasmine Sun on reception made our stay special with her outstanding service and smile. Thanks to all the staff at grand central hotel Shanghai - highly recommend and look forward to returning again

Excellent location and wonderful service

Grand Central Hotel Shanghai is in a very convenient location, close to Nanjing Road and within easy reach of the Bund. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, making it a great base for exploring Shanghai.
A special thank you to Snow Ye, the manager, who was extremely helpful and attentive throughout my stay and was always happy to assist whenever I needed help.
Willie Dong from the concierge team was also friendly and helpful.
Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent service and a fantastic location. I would happily stay here again.

Comfort and a very good location.

The hotel is very comfortable and is next to Nanjing Road, so anything you need is within your reach. Very comfortable and well-maintained rooms. Friendly staff. Complete breakfast with suitable Western options.
