If you have a family trip like mine (more 5-6 people), Highly recommend this place. This room is big, luxury, convenient, also room facilities!

The place is very small the floor was not clean. All the facilities are very minimal. There was no water bottles provided. It is only a places for showering and sleeping. However, the bed is only a full size bed. I even experienced water issue, waited two times for water to come, while I was taking shower.

The place is quite small but the bed is king size 1.8*2m. Floor is hard plastic called stone sillicon. To avoid growing mashroom. The cleanner is focusing on key staff cleanning, such as, Bed, glasses, tables, toilet, etc. Stone Sillicon cleanning need spend more time which we called deep cleanning. I have requested my housekeeper to manage more deep cleanning on the floor and special corners.
The shower is seldom to encoutered water issues since: 1. heating is gas and the heater is very close to apartment as long as the heater is fine. Water would be heated quickly. 2. And since it is on ground floor, water stress is high enough. Will keep eyes on water monitoring to see if anything blocked on water waiting issue. Maybe building experienced water box cleanning? Feel free to let us know if stay long time and encoutered any issue. We can fix.

This was our first time staying in China, so we didn't know what to expect. The room was not at the address on the website (which is the address of the property managers who manage multiple properties) but about 1km away.
On arrival, we were apprehensive at first as it seemed the elevator lobbies on each floor either hadn't been completed or were undergoing renovation and looked like a construction site. However, once inside we found the room to be adequate and with all the facilities listed, if somewhat basic. Beds were comfortable, but not really anywhere to sit and lounge, and no dining table. There was a bench alongside one wall with a couple of hard high chairs.
We had some issues with the wi-fi which we communicated to the property managers - they expressed concern that there were problems and promised to look into it for future foreign guests.
Location was quite good with many shops and restaurants of all descriptions nearby. Our room was about 1.2 km from the nearest metro station, only just walkable for us (60+ year-old foreigners) in the sweltering mid-August heat and humidity.
The room appeared to be a basic Shanghai residential apartment and I would rate it fair value-for-money for the price we paid. I would probably not recommend it for foreigners with no knowledge of China or Shanghai (I have a little Mandarin), but it would be suitable for Chinese guests or those experienced with the Shanghai metro, Didi, buses, bike sharing apps etc who are looking for budget accommodation.

Thank you for.your detailed comments on this house. The.construction is done now. The nicer one is "stars river" in same location which is building 30 Lane 222 Panyu road. Location closer ones are: Jiangshu, Red House, Friends, Jade big flat, etc. Red Green is not faras well. Pls feel free to ask.us if very sensitive on location.

We were booked originally in a different district in Shanghai, but the management felt we would be much more happier in the Jing-an District. And I must say we are very Thankful!!! We had the 3 bedroom apartment in Nanjing Xi Road. The location cannot be beat! You can literally walk anywhere in any direction and have plenty of things to see, do and EAT. It was the first time for some of our friends in Shanghai and the management was especially helpful in making sure there stay was trouble free even helping find a dentist. The facilities are top notch and very modern. I think it would help if they had instruction manuals for the kitchen appliances and the hi-tech bathrooms. I would definitely book this again on our next trip to Shanghai!

The homestay is situated in an old, worn-down building, but it's in a good location, within walking distance of Wukang Building and Jiaotong Metro station. The apartment itself is cozy and spacious. We had an issue with cleanliness upon checking in, as there were hairs on the floor (mainly in the bathrooms) and on the beds. However, the hosts rectified this swiftly and even gifted us fruits as an apology. The hosts had been really nice and gracious throughout the stay, assisted to solve any issues promptly.
