停车方便，安全。环境安静，近会展中心，近地铁站出行方便。附近有小吃街，吃东西很方便且便宜。价格实惠，性价比高，适合自驾旅游，工作出差。

出了点状况临时对付一晚，这个价格也不可能要求太高，卫生情况还算过得去，主要是窗户不密封感觉房间冷嗖嗖的
