Clean and comfortable room! Spacious. Good location: close to food spots and easy access to bus stop to nearby hospital. Would recommend.

Quite uncomfortable experience, even though the location was strategic. I booked the hotel because it was chosen as TripPlus, in fact it didnt worth the title and money.
1. Smoking. I could smell someone smoking when I walked along the hotel corridor, everytime I walked from the lift back to the room. Also, one of our pillows had strong smell of cigarette smoke too.
2. Attitude. The nightime hotel receptionist's attitude was rude. I was asking her few questions about the laundry and ironing. She just answered "wo bu zhi dao", she didn't even try to find answer or search for it.
3. Laundry. Another reason I picked this hotel was because there is a laundry room. But it didn't mention on trip.com that the laundry wasn't free of charge. I've been staying in many different hotels in China, and this is the first time I had to pay for the laundry fees. One more thing, it was not paid to the hotel official bank account, I transferred the money to the hotel receptionist's private wechat account in order to exchange for the laundry coins. I dont think this is standard.Also, I have no choice but to use this dirty, nearly broken steam iron to press my graduation gown, and I'm really unhappy about it.

The location is good, there are many restaurants around the area, the metro stop is close by when you arrive you may be confused because there are about 20 or so exits and some of the exits don't have an esklators , there are 3 lines that converg at the metro stop, even the locals get confused which way to exit, the rooms are clean, the staff is very curtious and very helpful, most of them don't speak English, I recommend you use a translator app, that helps out tremendously. Breakfast is sufficient, it is a mix of toast and mini croissants butter strawberry jelly and poached eggs and bacon and a piece of fruit with coffee or orange juice,or Chinese breakfast consisting of rice small salad with soup or porage Chinese boiled eggs etc.
It is a minimalist breakfast, it is good and will keep you full till lunch.

Decent room. Hotel floors are stained. 2 water bottles free of charge is nice. Room with no window is not worth it as the AC doesnt really refresh the room
