优点：1.是新装修的酒店，房间有小度声控，空调是格力的也很静音，吹风机也好用。2.感谢店长升级了房间，房间不面向街道很安静。3.含简单的三餐（注意时间），大堂有咖啡机，限美式。4.服务人员都很热情，早餐的小馄饨是阿姨现包的。5.地理位置很方便，就在汽车站对面，离东林寺也很近，附近五福广场有多家餐馆（KFC，必胜客等）。
缺点：1.房间浴室如图，设计的不合理，一洗澡水就漫出来了，浴室和厕所没有隔断，且水一直退不下去。2.早餐的牛奶是某种奶粉兑的，超级难喝，常温奶也很便宜啊，午餐刚去就听人说没有米饭了，主食就剩了早饭剩下的小米粥。

这家位于朱泾的珀莱酒店新开业不久，其地理位置好，交通超方便。超预期的是酒店前台和其他工作人员的服务热情周到， 为旅客方便着想，还提供了午餐和晚餐。房间设施基本智能化了，电视投影仪使用方便。性价比超高，有空还会去入住。

房间不大 但也干净整洁 有免费停车场 因为一大早就离开了 早饭也没吃上 酒店在当地名气挺响的 因为是正经酒店 😆 就是指在一群小旅馆当中独树一帜的意思

我住的房间是智能大床房，需要室内服务时叫唤小度小度，她可打开或关闭灯光、空调、电视、𥦬帘等。卫生间里有智能马桶，需要服务时则喊小爱小爱，用语最好按照提示，执行准确。前台还有机器人为客人热饭莱并送到房间门口。
早餐在地下一层，配中西餐，还能在现场选择立即烧好的小馄饨、汤面炒面等，同层还有功能齐全的健身房和洗衣房，一应俱全。住房非常干净，吹风机的噪声小，功效高；每天的换用毛巾质量也很好，房内配有大屏幕投影系统，可播放电视、视频、音乐等等。此外，房间里有冰箱和泡茶的烧水壶、茶叶，每天免费供应矿泉水。
酒店的服务人员，从总经理、前台、餐厅到保洁，每个都像家人一样热情贴心，让人很有住在家里的感觉。总之，我感到非常满意，下次去金山一定还会选择入住铂莱酒店。

房间干净整洁，床品柔软舒适，隔音效果很好，一夜安眠。卫浴设施现代，热水充足，备品品质也不错。特别点赞客房服务，响应迅速且态度亲切。
