Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Hotel even offered a plate of snacks and fruits to eat at night and breakfast was also nice. Overall good experience

设施：卫生间干湿分离
卫生：房间干净卫生，床品也不错，房间有淡淡清香
环境：大厅可以约几个老友一起喝茶，很惬意
服务：前台美女很热情，刚进去大厅就礼貌问好，五星好评必须曝光他们家[哇][哇]

特别满意的一次入住，酒店前台小曹服务特别好，人很热情，酒店大堂，房间都很干净，一进入酒店就闻到淡淡的清香，让人心旷神怡，酒店的床品很舒服，早餐种类很多，都是厨师现做，吃的安心。退房的时候还送了我们小礼物，特别有心

酒店前台的小罗服务很好，在办理入住时他主动为我免费升级到了更大一些的房间，当时小朋友特别渴望住在向阳的房间，我便随口跟小罗提了一下。没想到，他二话不说，立马为我们协调更换了一间向阳的房间。当推开那间房的门，明亮的阳光瞬间铺满整个屋子，阳光充足得恰到好处。小朋友很是喜欢，下午调试电视机时遇到了些麻烦，酒店阿姨贴心的调好电视，房间的卫生打扫的干净，居住体验感极佳~

住的很满意。所有员工都很热情，到店就给升级房间了，给人一种亲切的感觉。有需要也能及时解决。特别喜欢餐厅的院子，好有感觉，天气好在院子里吃早餐，心情都好了，早餐也挺好的，中西餐都有，还介绍了绍兴的各个景点
